Andrew Johnson has been working in the Real Estate industry since childhood. Born in Charlotte NC, he has been involved in the family real estate development business, Tom Johnson Realty, since the early 90’s. With the direction of his father, Tom Johnson, he assisted in the development of family owned acreage in and around the Charlotte Area. At an early age he managed the families real estate holdings consisting of multiple Commercial Rental properties as well as property located at Lake Norman in Iredell County.

As a licensed General Contractor since 1996, he has provided service to the NC region for over 20 years. With a diverse background in Real Estate, Commercial Construction, and Project Management Mr. Johnson has handled mission critical projects for Fortune 100 companies such as BellSouth, Wachovia, Bank of America, Carolinas Health Care Systems, Duke Hospital, Duke University, Biogen, NetApp, BASF and CREE.

Mr. Johnson has also been involved with several start-up ventures in which he has orchestrated, and successfully operated throughout the years. He attended Wingate University, and currently holds several licenses in NC including a Real Estate Broker in Charge, NC General Contractors Building Certificate and a NC Insurance Agent certificate.
